after being initiated into Reiki I finally found peace with always feeling everyones energy because it gave my the tools to choose how I want to interact with them. Today I feel like I can choose my energy state.

though my breath I found my unstable YES towards life. Understanding that I can rewire my nervous system and my cells opened up a massive capacity to sit with the fullness of life (yes sitting with my challenging emotions gave me to capacity to love deeper, life deeper and hold myself in the deepest joy)
INTUITIVE ART
while painting I understood that I AM THE CREATOR and that we all share mutual experiences, just because we are all humans. Intuitive Art is a tool to share my deepest inside from shamanic journey and moment of complete oneness without needed to say one word.
EMBODIMENT
our body is the best guide home. When we learn to listen and to express through our body we become free. In our society we are used to move/act/talk/sound in a certain way - embodiment is the reclaiming of your own and unique expression.
