I was born in the wide landscapes of Namibia and ever since I am longing to be in close relation with the natural world. I grew up in Europe and a part of me was always struggling. With the way of living and thinking. 

So I stared looking for answers and found the beauty in being in inquiry, this lead me to my art therapy and art education studies where I discovered that abstract art can communicate inner states in a way that word could never. 

For two years I depend my understanding and self studies of shamanic practices, alongside nature connected rides of passage work. I started trusting my raw impulse for expression and learned how to make visible what was invisible before. 

I found my artistic research around foraged earth pigments and how to capture the stories of the land and the ones who walked before us. This interweaves with the personal guidens I offer for people being in a time of thresholds and my teaching of intuitive art at Alanus Hochschule near Bonn. 

Every day is a new opportunity to deepen the inquiry and eventually live into the embodied answers.
