For Germanys biggest ethical and sustainable bank I created two large scaled paintings out of earth forged in there garden and in South Africa to show the responsibility we carry world wide for our resources. This is an invitations to re:think our inter:connectedness with nature.

Bachelor Project Januar - August 2025
My bachelor was all about finding an intimate flow with earth. I traveled thought south Africa and foraged over 60 different shades of earth.
But with that I did not only collect pigments but the wisdom that is saved in the earth over thousand of years. She remembers every plant, animal and human that ever lived and died on her.
Back in Germany spend 3 weeks, all day long, in a deep non-verbal conversation with the pigments, creating a 6 x 2,2m large art piece, that weaves together the story of the earth and my personal story.
This project was a deep journey into the mystical work with natural pigments, giving me only a tiny glimpse of what we, as humans, used to create with ochers.

color makes visible
Playing with colour taught me how to make the hidden visible. Only after learning how toe to translate my inner experience into a canvas with watercolour as my medium, I started my journey with earth pigments.
From time to time I still use watercolor, because it transmits the inner words in a different way then earth. For me working with color is more about a personal artwork and working with earth combines my surrounding with my inner experience.
